As the deadline of 1 June 2022 is getting closer, the amendments to regulation E-1 of BWM Convention adopted by MEPC 75 will enter into force and a Commissioning Test validating the proper installation of any BWMS, becomes a requisite for the issuance or renewal of the IBWMC.
Polaris Consulting Engineers IKE, as a company aware of environmental issues is now an Approved Service Provider by major Classification Societies for conducting Commissioning Testing of BWMS for compliance with IMOs D-2 discharge standards in accordance with BWM.2/Circ.70/Rev.1 & BWM.2/Circ.42/Rev.2.
